How have we reached a point where mothers are only counted for their economic activity, where care is seen as a burden and children as obstacles to our careers?

The time has come to tell a new story.

Join the conversation as we come together on our 35th Anniversary of Mothers at Home Matter to re-evaluate the work of mothering; gain a deeper understanding of the needs of our children and explore how we can create a society where mothers, families and society can flourish.

We will be sharing more information in our Autumn newsletter and the booking link will be live from in mid September. There will be an early bird option available for those who book their tickets in September and an online option for anyone who would prefer to join remotely.

    Mother of 6 sons, Chair of MAHM and President of the European Federation of Parents and Carers at Home Anne will speak about the growing impact of MAHM over the last few years and the launch of a new international movement, reclaiming motherhood, bringing together organisations committed to strengthening mothering around the world. Where do we go from here?

    Steve Biddulph is an internationally renowned psychologist, author and family advocate who has spent more than 35 years working with children and parents. His bestselling books, including Raising Boys, Raising Girls, The Secret of Happy Children and The New Manhood, have helped millions of families around the world. His work focuses on children’s development, the importance of strong family relationships, and helping parents understand and meet their children’s emotional needs.
